> ABOUT
A clean, fast photo gallery for Android. Frame shows the photos and videos already on your phone, with no account, no cloud and no clutter, and puts favourites, moving, sharing and deleting a tap away.
> DESIGN DECISIONS
- Your device, your photos: Frame reads the phone's own media library, so every photo it shows is one you already have, and every change happens on the device.
- Everything a gallery should do: Browse, favourite, move, share and delete, built on Android's media APIs rather than a cloud service.
- Screenshot tidying: Screenshots can be given a shelf life, with a clear preview of what will be cleared before anything is removed.
- Built with: Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, sharing its foundations with Orbital Launcher.
